DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

FREE Insured shipping within United States (Most items require signature).

Finished Items will be shipped between 3-5 business days; however, custom orders may take between 4-6 weeks for production.

Items under $400 will be shipped by USPS. Items above $400 will be shipped by FedEx.

Dajhan Gems and Jewelry is not responsible for any delivery complications such as: lost shipment; damaged packaging; weather or other uncontrollable event issues; recipient not available; issues due to delivery company.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please note we may use USPS or FedEx international depending on what we feel is best for your beautiful piece to come to you safely. If for any reason shipping cost is extra, we will gladly pay the difference at no charge to you; however, customer is responsible for all customs related charges.

Shipping Time-Frame:
• Pieces that have already been made will ship within 3-5 business days.
• Made to order pieces may take between 4-6 weeks (usually sooner) depending on the complexity of the piece.
